Clients

Whether your practice is large or small, it’s easy to provide individualized client care within the HereNOW Admin Dashboard. Find clients, review their app engagement details, track their last location, or message them – all in just a few minutes so you can spend more time caring for them instead of tracking them down.

View Client Summary


There are 2 ways to use client summary: by searching the client database, or browsing it.


By searching the client database:

  1. Search for the name of the client you want to review.

  2. Apply a filter as needed. You can filter by:

    • Graduation date range
    • Enrolment status

  3. Filtered results will appear beneath the search & filter bar.

  4. You will see the information below about your client:

    • Client name
    • Points earned
    • Number of app opens
    • Last used app date
    • Graduation date
    • Clean date
    • Enrolment status

  5. Click on the ellipsis (…) under actions to see More Info, View Calendar, or Send Notification about the client.

By browsing the client database:

  1. Click on Clients > Clients. You’ll see a database of all your clients.

  2. You will see the information below at a glance:

    • Client name
    • Points earned
    • Number of app opens
    • Last used app date
    • Graduation date
    • Clean date
    • Program enrolment status

  3. Click on the ellipsis (…) under actions to see More Info, View Calendar, or Send Notification about the client you want to learn more about.

View Client Details

  1. From the Client page, Click on More Info.

  2. You will arrive at your Client Details page. Here you can view their:

    • Points earned
    • Last login
    • Total login
    • Total app opens
    • Surveys completed (in % and actuals)

  3. You can also review their app usage, last location, and recent activity. These widgets are similar to the one on your dashboard home page, except that these statistics are specific to the individual client you are reviewing.

Send a message to clients


Send a 1:1 message:

  1. Click on Clients > Messages.

  2. From the messages page, search for a client on the left-side panel.

  3. Your message history will appear on the right panel. You can continue the conversation there.


Send a group message:

  1. Click on Clients > Messages > send mass message > Send to Group.

  2. You will see a list of any existing client groups. Click on Send Message next to the list creator.

    NOTE: You will only be able to send a group message to client lists that have been created. If you don’t see any client lists, you need to create them first.

  3. To Rename the group or View Members, click on the ellipsis (…) under actions.


Create a new group:

  1. Click on Clients > Messages > Send Mass Message > Create Group.

  2. Name your group and click Save.

  3. Add someone to the client group by clicking the + icon (+).

    TIP: Click on Add all to add all clients to your list. Select multiple clients and click on Add selected to add multiple clients at the same time. 

  4. Once added, the client list will appear on the right-side panel.

    TIP: To remove a single client from a list, click the x icon (x). To remove all clients, click on Remove All.
