Schedules

View Client Calendar  

  1. From your dashboard, click on Schedules > Client Calendars

  2. Search or browse through your clients on the left-side panel.

  3. Select the checkbox next to their name.

  4. The Calendar panel on the right-side will automatically update to display the calendar of the client you selected.

  5. To view past or future calendars: click on the back / forward icons.

  6. To return to today’s calendar: Click on the Today button.

  7. To customize your calendar view: Select the Week, Day, or List tabs.

Create, edit, or delete an event


You can access the Create Event page in 2 ways:

  1. From the Client Calendars page, click on Add Event > New Generic Event.

  2. From your dashboard, click on Schedules > New Generic Event.

  3. Fill in the following required information on the New Generic Event page:

    • Client name
    • Event name
    • Date & time
    • Description

  4. Tap Save.

  5. To edit event details: From the Client Calendar page, click on the event you want to update. You can do this from any calendar view. Tap Save to update the event.

  6. To delete the event: From the Client Calendar page, click on the event you want to delete. You can do this from any calendar view. Tap Delete to delete the event.

Create, edit, or delete a meeting


You can access the Create Meeting page in 2 ways:

  1. From the Client Calendars page, click on Add Event > Meeting.

  2. From your dashboard, click on Schedules > New Meeting.

  3. Fill in the following required information on the New Generic Event page:

    • Host name
    • Attendee(s) name(s)
    • Meeting name
    • Date & time
    • Description

  4. Tap Save.

  5. To edit meeting details: From the Client Calendar page, click on the meeting you want to update. You can do this from any calendar view. Tap Save to update the meeting.

  6. To delete the meeting: From the Client Calendar page, click on the meeting you want to delete. You can do this from any calendar view. Tap Delete to delete the meeting.
