Surveys

Welcome to the Surveys tool! As an admin, you will have the ability to create survey templates, execute survey instances, and view or export results.

View a Survey or an Instance


view a survey

  1. From your dashboard, click on Surveys > Surveys.

  2. You will arrive at your Surveys Summary page where you can see a snapshot of all surveys.

    NOTE: Surveys are a collections of questions that can be reused as templates (i.e. Post-Meeting Survey). Instances are a deployment of a single survey template (i.e. Post-Meeting Survey sent on December 2).

  1. From the Surveys Summary page, click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions.

  2. Select View Instances to view instances. You can also perform follow-up actions like viewing instance results, adding recipients, renaming the instance, or set the instance as the survey default.

Create a Survey or Instance

Create a survey

  1. From your dashboard, click Survey > Create a survey.

  2. Follow the instructions on the Create Survey pages to create your survey. Make sure to include the below required information:

    • Survey Name
    • Survey Type
    • Survey questions
    • Question type (i.e. multiple choice, open, sliding scale, etc.)
    • Skippable (yes/no)

  3. Continue to add your question until you are happy with the survey template, then click on Next Step.

    NOTE: You will be asked to create an instance when you create a new survey. Follow the guide below to learn how to create an instance.

 

Create an instance

After creating a new survey, follow the instructions on the Create Instance pages to create your first instance. Make sure to include the below required information:

  • Instance Name
  • Clients who will receive the instance (you can select specific clients or all clients here)

NOTE: Clients who receive the survey will get a push notification on their devices containing the survey. 


Edit a survey

  1. From the Survey Summary page, click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions. Select View Questions

  2. Click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions again. Select Edit Questions to edit the current survey questions and options.

  1. Click Submit.

Edit an instance

  1. From the Survey Summary page, click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions. Select View Instances.

  2. Click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions again. Select Edit Instance to edit the current instance settings.

  3. Click Submit.

View Survey Results


You can view your client’s survey results by instance.

  1. From the Survey Summary page, click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions. Select View Instances.

  2. Click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions again. Select View Results to see where your client is with their responses for that instance.

  3. Click on the ellipsis (…) under Actions one more time to view how your clients responded to questions in that instance.

Export Survey Results
