What kind of notifications will I receive?
If you have notifications for your iOS or Android device turned on, you will receive push notifications for the following updates:

When you select the HereNOW, CareNOW, or HelpNOW icon from the top of your phone to see your notifications, you will find them batched. Tap and hold to see the full details of each notification, or tap to see all unread notifications. Tap again to open Notifications in the app.
Turn notifications on or off
By default, push notifications are turned on. To turn notifications off:
From Home, tap on Settings (
).Tap on Manage preferences under Basic settings, then select Push notifications:
You will see the status of your push notifications (on or off). Tap on the status, then set your preferences in system app settings.
